Through the Good Faith Effort, our own Trade and Focus Outreach Publications  and our growing clientele base of  outstanding Business Enterprises and primary state contractors, we are able to help both sides achieve  their goals.

DVBE/DVE Law Consultation – Started by a Ca-Certified DVBE, we are very knowledgeable of the state Laws protecting DVBE and DVE’s. As a bidder on a state RFP, we can help you understand the 3% Goal Participation requirements on state contracts for DVBE/DVE.  As a Disabled Veteran, we can help you with OBSCR Certification and getting you connected with state contractors.

Good Faith Effort Consultation – We are glad to help with proper and timely completion of your GFE documentation. Many times, a contract officer is not up to date on DVBE/DVE law and you may be given erroneous or incomplete information on GFE completion. This can result in your bid being overturned. Let us help you complete the documentation correctly, the first time.

Trade and Focus Outreach Advertising – Completion of Step 3 of the GFE packet requires bidders on state RFPs to advertise in recognized Trade and Focus publications targeted at DVBEs.  Let us help you prepare and publish your advertisements in our recognized Trade (The Disabled Veteran Voice) and Focus (The Disabled Veteran News) publications. As we understand the deadline pressures associated with State Contract bidding, our publications and any advertisement requests are updated and published on a DAILY basis.

Good Faith Effort Completion – Completion of the GFE package in compliance with the law takes time and effort. Many find it advantageous to let us complete the package for them. This frees up vital resources to focus on the project at hand.
